Mission
The Health Global exists because supplement labels read differently depending on where you're standing — a dose, a claim, or a certification can mean one thing on one shelf and something else entirely on another. We compare what's actually on the label against what's known, and say so plainly.
We're an independent publication, early in building out our library. We are not a manufacturer, distributor, or medical provider, and we hold no exclusive relationship with any brand we cover.
How We Review
- Label first. We start from what the manufacturer actually claims — not marketing copy — and note where it's underspecified.
- Ingredients, not headlines. Dosing is checked against publicly available reference ranges; we flag where a product is under- or over-dosed relative to what's typically studied.
- Disclosed, always. Affiliate relationships are disclosed before any recommendation, never after.
- No outcome promises. We describe what a product contains and what that's commonly used for — we don't promise results, and we say clearly when evidence is thin.
